The surroundings of the Schottengasse are getting more and more culinary interesting. A young chef named Mr. Ingo Fischer established himself in a little timbered restaurant. Mr. Fischer is a cook-artist you can watch in his opera show-kitchen. Gourmets love his light and slightly Mediterranean cuisine.
